Discovery of nexus with DIGITAL REALTY TRUST, EQUINIX, and COGENT COMMUNICATIONS use of 2424 Bryan St (Dallas Texas) to launch such attacks and create also "CANADASUCKS.COM" and "CANADADUCKS.NET" websites to harm the PROCEED TECHNOLOGIES employee falsely portrayed in this fraud as a TEK SYSTEMS disgruntled employee - affirms the danger of kidnapping and concealment with aid of State employees to defraud where $100 billion firms and their subsidiaries operate covertly in the United States.

MEMBERS OF: NTT GROUP, COGENT, EQUINIX, DIGITAL REALTY TRUST, PACKET CLEARING HOUSE, TENCENT HOLDINGS CO LTD, TENCENT GAMES, PARADOX INTERACTIVE AB, RIOT GAMES, EPIC MEGAGAMES, SOFTBANK GROUP CORP, SOFTBANK ROBOTICS, and ALIBABA GROUP or any subsidiary or parent firm thereof - and TEK SYSTEMS, ROBERT HALF TECHNOLOGIES, and/or BRIAN WOLFE d/b/a TERRABOX of Dallas Texas - are barred from our property and denied all communication not via U.S. MAIL or common carrier in print physical copy due to ELECTRONIC UNSOLICITED AND PATHOLOGICAL CRIMINAL HARASSMENT ACTIVITY documented in 2001-2022 by their agents in Texas, Oklahoma, Michigan, California and network community in Canada and Iceland.

Failure to comply or to contact any person, service, client, or employee of the firm will be construed as felony stalking were it to pertain to this demand or concealed adult-child, themed PARENTAL KIDNAPPING with commercial and criminal serious bodily harm on eugenics claims styled "bad genes" in CHICKASAW heritage of the Oklahoma parent, in transgender defamation of the parent for cultural hair in 18 U.S. Code §249 HATE CRIME activity, and in serious bodily injury with $15,000 USD in damages in 2015 and assault at gunpoint in 2002 repeatedly threatened in 2002-2022 violent concealment of a child under color of TITLE IV GRANT FRAUD and to extort for INTERFERENCE IN INTERSTATE COMMERCE by State of Texas, Nation of Japan, and People's Republic of China employees and franchises themed upon "monopoly" threats and suspension of II-3, II-6, II-22, II-32, and II-36 Oklahoma Constitutional Rights to compel business for NATION OF JAPAN, PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA, REPUBLIC OF GERMANY, and equity firms in KINGDOM OF SWEDEN, ICELAND, DENMARK, NORWAY, State of Texas, State of Michigan, and State of California in ongoing fraud and dilution of trademarks on concealment of a child.

Claims to impersonate Charlyce Ann Klepper and Ruth Ann Taylor Nix, executor of the estate of the prior on her death, are false claims to 21 O.S. 21-1533 formal complaints filed with the court; designed by Beal/Petersen/LOSTSERVER members to deceive and defraud, and to overcome the inheritance of the child illegally upon a kidnapping under color of false trial with abuse of a child contrary ORDERED POSSESSION and fabrication of mental health fraud and gender identity used to qualify such fraud in false gender (claimed transgender, factually heterosexual) portrayal of Christian parents in Oklahoma by CHINESE and JAPANESE subcontractors in State of Texas and Oklahoma jointly to extort. This is a religious and genocide based activity violating Oklahoma Constitution Article I section I-1 and I-2.

The public should be aware that a false legal instrument styled a "durable power of attorney" over Charlyce Ann Klepper was falsely purcahsed and published under color of being a compos mentis guardianship over the missing child's father, a 47 year old male REGISTERED AGENT of a UNITED STATES CORPORATION, to disable the company and ability to file State and Federal Income Taxes in 2022 for fiscal year 2021; and such actions occurring after in-person confrontation by Alica McMahon/Scarbrough, aka "AllyKatt" and on behalf of Donald J. Beal aka "don@lostserver.net" and "don@depref.net"; and on behalf of Veronica Marie Petersen aka "Sex Kitten" from registration in THECHURCHBOARD.COM and VAMPIREFREAKS.COM. The term "LOSTSERVER" and "VAMPIREFREAKS" appear in meta data of each page of obscene witness intimidation pages created by "myluv187" and "hitman4hire@yahoo.com" accounts used in extortion in 2007-2022. Threats to extort using FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA) process and false identities by Donald J. Beal are clearly made in criminal plan September 2011 to attorney Mary Rounds in LEGAL ANSWER, a threat and narrative fraud to extort payment of money for the $15/hr 'network admin' in impersonation of a senior software engineer James Allen and '$60/hr' wage of record at NORTEL. Veronica Marie Petersen is a former NORTEL contractor, having abandoned her job, and Donald Beal the father of her child who created CANADASUCKS.NET to seek revenge on NORTEL prior such data breach. Donald Beal has engaged in data breach activity using client identities since 2001 against our vendor and in 2017-2022 in express sustained abuse documented using those clients, and after prior being terminated for use of property of clients to carry out similar activities resulting in termiantion. Abnormal psychological language and behavior is noted obligating persons to regard claims by this couple as generally false claims of a high order to extort by confidence schemes and to use violence and threat of violence in direct attacks with other persons in Enid Oklahoma documented by our Private Investigator over 2012 licensed paid Oklahoma investigation under 21 O.S. §21-1304 rule.

Right of Action

The firm is entitled this action lawfully per 22 O.S. §22-31 right of resistance and similar rights to report and notify the public of threats of bodily harm and false claims to an equal degree in any discovery or communication. Such notice does not constitute or create a communication with the authors of such criminal threats and civil harassment, and is not subject their endorsement or approval or right to respond to us during concealment of collateral property to extort our company by name documented in 2013 and 2021 sustained in false claims to blackmail, extort, or defraud. The parties have recruited persons, sought to deceive the public and other States that this is criminal stalking to report their conduct in unsolicited contact and harassment of our clients, and we are now observing their use of impersonation of the OSBI and a GRAND JURY to falsely allege such claims in ongoing extortion to obtain payment of a false civil debt and use of false title systematically over REGISTERED TRADEMARKS and in public tendered fraudulent conveyance themed organized International piracy employing their data center access in Texas, California, Canada, Panama, Brazil, Singapore, Italy, Israel, Japan, Australia, France, and China.

It is believed their unregistered labor union has administrative access over NTT GROUP and TENCENT hosting networks provided by the same; which it is using to engage in organized felony stalking of our company and of persons in systematic witness intimidation styled a delusion purposefully and exploitation of low to moderate sophistication web based attacks, following, and false identity from the jurisdiction of the United States against U.S. Firms and to instigate disputes among major U.S. vendors for commercial advantage of their true owner, Nation of Japan and companies in Japan, Germany, and China who are their partners. Efforts to impersonate Ukrainian sites and Russian sites appear to be component to instigation of the Russo-Ukraine war of 2022, and may originate from attempted development there since destroyed by Russian Forces for similar "International Computer and Finance Denial-of-Service attacks documented there and against Russia coinciding with attacks on U.S. servers in State of Oklahoma by the same group".

Use of information from clients dealing in schizophrenia at VIRTBIZ.COM (aka PLANO COMMUNITY RADIO) further has been cultivated and incorporated into the fraud to carry out this abuse from patriot.lostserver.net at that site; and titan.lostserver.net and atlas.lostserver.com on NTT networks. Other servers known include harpoon and saturn, in a theme of naming these hosts after the initial atlas.cogentco.com product used in the child taking and DNS hosting of JAMESARNOLDALLEN.COM and JAMESARNOLDALLEN.ME sites constructed for this blackmail and extortion in 2002-2004 and 2011 by Donald J. Beal of Dallas Texas, a convicted substance abuser employed by ROBERT HALF TECHNOLOGIES. Mr. Beal has also been in State of California, while failing to pay child support, and received over $5000 in compensation from Veronica Petersen to carry out this fraud through credit toward that debt on court record.
